A REFUGE OF PEACE

Covering an area of 100 m2 on one level, our rural house, recently renovated, has all the modern comforts. It retains its beautiful ceilings beams of exposed wooden beams as well as its typical walls of our island. We can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and a baby up to 3 years old. You can park your vehicle for free 50 meters from the house. Access to the property is via a small path.

TRANQUILITY AND VIEW

The common denominator between exterior and interior is tranquillity. The house offers absolute privacy with a spectacular view of the pines.

Entrance:

Large entrance with shoe cabinet, coat hooks for your jackets. Special space with 1 table and 4 chairs where you can easily telework facing the pine forests.

Kitchen-dining room:

The large open kitchen is the perfect space to cook, eat, chat and enjoy the view. It has all the necessary appliances and utensils: ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge and freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, electric orange juicer, wooden table and 4 chairs. Complete kit for cooking. Many glasses (wine, champagne, cocktails, aperitifs, soft drinks, water), shaker to prepare your own cocktails!

Living room:

Living room with a large corner sofa. Coffee table, TV cabinet, bookcase and television with Google Chromecast.

Bedroom 1:

Exposed ceiling beams. Large bed of 1m50 by 2m00, latex mattress. 2 bedside tables, a mirror, 1 wardrobe with hanging space, chest of drawers, sockets to charge your electronic devices.

Bedroom 2:

Also with exposed ceiling beams, it offers you 2 comfortable beds of 90 cm by 2m00, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe, a shelf, sockets to recharge your electronic devices.

Bathroom:

1 shower, 1 sink and toilet. Bathroom cabinet, hair dryer, auxiliary heating. Shower Gel and Shampoo.

Comfort:

2 Fans, 2 heaters, free satellite WIFI throughout the house, washing machine, (detergent provided), iron, drying rack.

Household linen provided (bed linen, towels, dish towels, sponges).

Toilet paper provided.

Special baby equipment (on request and at no extra charge): Baby high chair, Baby bath, Changing Pad with side reinforcements, Foldable baby bed up to 3 years old,

Animals are not accepted.

It is forbidden to smoke in the house which has smoke detectors.

Board games, books in French, Spanish, German and English.
